These terms and conditions apply to any reservation made through this website for one of our accommodations in Grenoble. By booking, you agree to these terms.
1) Booking
- A booking becomes confirmed once payment (or deposit) is successfully processed and a confirmation is issued.
- The lead guest must be at least 18 years old and must stay at the property during the reservation.
- The accommodation may only be occupied by the number of guests stated at booking.
2) Prices, taxes and fees
- Displayed prices include the fees shown at checkout (e.g., cleaning if applicable).
- A tourist tax may apply under local regulations and may be requested if not included.
- In case of an obvious pricing error, the booking may be canceled and refunded.
3) Payment
- Payments are made using the secure methods available on this website.
- Depending on the booking, a deposit or the full amount may be required at the time of booking.
4) Security deposit
- A security deposit may be required (hold or charge), depending on the accommodation and length of stay.
- The deposit may be used to cover damages, missing items, lost keys, or extra cleaning/restoration costs.
5) Cancellations and changes
- The cancellation policy shown at the time of booking applies.
- Changes (dates, number of guests) are subject to availability and may affect the total price.
- No refund is guaranteed for early departures unless stated otherwise at booking.
6) Check-in and check-out
- Check-in and check-out times are provided prior to arrival.
- Unauthorized late check-out may result in additional fees (cleaning, scheduling impact, etc.).
- An ID may be requested if required by law or in case of reasonable concerns.
7) Use of the property
- Guests agree to use the property in a reasonable manner and respect neighbors.
- No parties/events. No smoking indoors (unless explicitly stated otherwise).
- Pets are only allowed if explicitly approved before arrival.
8) Damage, breakage and forgotten items
- Any damage should be reported as soon as possible.
- Repair/replacement costs may be charged to the guest.
- If an item is left behind, we can ship it back at the guest’s expense (shipping + packaging).
9) Liability
- We are not responsible for loss/theft of personal belongings unless proven negligence applies.
- Guests are responsible for their own safety and that of their party (including children).
- In case of force majeure (major outage, exceptional events, etc.), we will do our best to offer a suitable solution.
10) Privacy
- Booking data (name, contact details, etc.) is used only to manage the reservation and communicate about the stay.
- We do not sell your data. You may request access or deletion as permitted by applicable law.
11) Governing law
Unless mandatory rules provide otherwise, these terms are governed by the law applicable where the accommodation is located.
