Please follow these simple rules to ensure a pleasant stay for you and for future guests.

• No smoking inside (please smoke outside only and do not throw anything out of the windows).
• No parties or events. Please respect the building and the neighborhood.
• Respect the neighbors: please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10 pm and 8 am.
• Number of guests: the property may only be occupied by the number of guests stated in the booking.
• Pets: only if explicitly approved before arrival.
• Cleanliness: no deep cleaning is required, but please leave the place in a reasonable condition (clean dishes, take out the trash if possible, no trash left on the floor).
• Equipment: please use all equipment with care and report any issue or damage as soon as possible.
• Safety: when leaving, please close the windows, turn off the lights, and switch off non-essential appliances.
• Keys / access: any lost key or access device must be reported immediately. Replacement fees may apply.
• Forgotten items: if you leave an item behind, I can ship it back at your expense (shipping + packaging).
